The Mile End Tavern is seeking a full-time Retail Manager to join the management team. As the retail Manager, you will ensure that customer service is second to none and that the store is presented to the highest standard. You must be responsible and proactive in your work practices and a true team player. This role is a key support for the Venue Manager.

We are offering:

Responsibilities:

  • Build positive relationships with suppliers
  • Drive sales and meet KPI's
  • Strong product knowledge across Beer, Spirits & Wine
  • Handling all Hotel and Bottle shop ordering, deliveries and stock management
  • Have a friendly and approachable manner
  • Lead & coach your team
  • Must be able to work autonomously
  • Ensure work health & safety of yourself and your team, identify hazards and implement control measures
  • Work with the Venue Manager to cross-train team members
  • Confident in visual merchandising, creating stock displays and promotions
