As a Duty Manager at The Exchange, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our venue runs smoothly and efficiently. We are looking for a candidate who not only demonstrates outstanding leadership skills but also has a proven track record of positively impacting a team. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, managing daily operations, and maintaining a high standard of excellence in all aspects of the venue.

Essential requirements:

• 2+ year in a Management role
• Experience working in a high-volume venue
• Presence on the floor during peak service periods, including late nights and weekends
• Ability to stock take and investigate the stock loss
• Work with and communicate effectively within a team environment 
• Has a passion for the industry and is committed to a successful career in hospitality
• Previous experience with H&L, Ivy & Seven rooms Desirable 
• Must have a current RSA certificate
